I had way too much fun with this week's theme. All of these shots were taken at the Washington State Capitol Legislative Building. I had thought about heading North to Seattle for the architecture theme, but why drive that far when such a beautiful building is right on my doorstep.
Fun facts time! The Washington State legislative building is the tallest masonry dome in North America and is the 4th tallest in the world. It is 287 feet high, and was completed in 1928. See, my blog is fun AND educational!
